Meghan has worked in the fitness industry for over 8 years. 

She has her NASM certification accompanied by a kettle bell strength and TRX certification and is dedicated to helping people obtain their goals. She says, "I love and aspire to perspire every workout! I am an endorphin junkie, and once you realize how good your body is designed to feel I guarantee you will too!"
Meghan is an expert in weight loss, muscle gain, injuries, limitations, and overall health. She is Vegan and believes in a plant based diet to live your best life, but is accommodating to all meal plans and life styles.

Tyler Lehto - Graduate of EWU with his bachelors in Exercise Science and has a CP-T from the IFA.
Tyler is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science: Pre-Physical Therapy. He has been working at Suncrest Fitness Center for over two years as a personal trainer and class instructor. Tyler has his certification in Personal Training and Aerobic Class Instruction through the IFA. Rehabilitative exercise is his favorite exercise specialty and he loves working with people transitioning out of Physical Therapy. His future plans include returning to school to get his PhD in Physical Therapy and to continue to help people in the clinical setting of exercise. He has lived in the Suncrest area for 10 years now, and knows the community very well.
